Terms & Condition

  1. Grant of Rights: The rights granted to the Franchisee under this Agreement are specifically for the designated Franchised Location, as outlined in the agreement. These rights are non-transferable to any other location without prior written approval from the Franchisor.

  2. Exclusive Territory: The Franchisor shall not grant the same franchise plan within a 4-kilometer radius of an existing franchise center. This ensures the exclusivity of the franchisee's operating territory.

  3. Relocation Requests: If the Franchisee has operated a TutorKIDS franchise for a minimum period of 12 months and intends to relocate it to an alternative site, the Franchisee must submit a written request to the Franchisor. This request should include reasons for relocation along with details of the proposed new location.

  4. Franchisor Response: Upon receipt of the Franchisee's written request for relocation, the Franchisor will have a period of 30 days to review and respond to the request.

  5. Approval and Conditions: If the Franchisor approves the relocation and the proposed new location, and if there are no changes in the ownership structure of the Franchisee, the Franchisee may proceed with the relocation. However, this is subject to the condition that the Franchisee signs the Franchisor's then-current form of Franchise Agreement.

  6. Timeframe for Relocation: The Franchisee must initiate operations at the new approved location within 12 months from the closure of the franchise at its former Franchised Location. Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in the termination of the agreement.

  7. Compliance with Laws: The Franchisee shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the operation of the franchise, including but not limited to zoning laws, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.

  8. Training and Support: The Franchisor shall provide necessary training and support to the Franchisee to ensure the successful operation of the franchise. This may include initial training, ongoing support, and access to operational resources.

  9. Brand Standards: The Franchisee shall adhere to the brand standards, operating procedures, and quality guidelines prescribed by the Franchisor. This is essential to maintain consistency and uphold the reputation of the franchise.

  10. Termination: The Franchisor reserves the right to terminate this agreement in case of breach of any terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, the Franchisee shall cease all use of the franchisor's trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials.

  11. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Organization].

  12. Amendment: This agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.

Refund Policy

Franchise Partner:

We at TutorKIDS strive to provide the highest quality services, training, and materials to our valued franchise partners. As part of our commitment to excellence, we ensure that the amount charged to our franchise partners is competitive and in line with the local market rates.

Given that we do not require any upfront franchise fee from our franchise partners, but instead provide services and materials for setting up an experiential learning center, we do not have a refund policy in place for any amount taken by us.

Our assurance is that the services, training, and materials provided by TutorKIDS are of the highest standard, and we stand behind the quality of our offerings. In the unlikely event that a franchise partner encounters any issues or concerns with the services, training, or materials provided, we are committed to addressing them promptly and effectively to ensure complete satisfaction.

Parents & Students:

  1. Free Trial Classes: We offer free trial classes to allow students and parents to experience our services and assess their suitability before making any payment. During the free trial period, students will have access to all our content and mobile app features.

  2. No Refund Policy: As we provide free trial classes along with access to all our content and mobile app features before any payment is made, we do not offer refunds once charges have been incurred.

  3. Service Guarantee: We assure parents that all services and materials promised during the trial classes will remain consistent upon subscription. Any discrepancies or issues will be promptly addressed by our support team.

  4. Quality Assurance: Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality in our educational services and materials. If you encounter any issues or have any concerns, please contact us immediately, and we will strive to resolve them to your satisfaction.
